Additional Notes:
* We require a 10% deposit at the time of booking the event. It is refundable up to seven days prior to
the scheduled date.
* Included in the price is our time for delivery, setup, preparation of all food, two hours of buffet service
& cleanup. Additional time for service can be quoted if needed before the event.
* We bring everything to an event that we may need to make it as worry free for the host as possible.
* We sometimes bring extra food & supplies to ensure we don't run out of a certain item. At the end of
the event we take all unused items with us. We may however at our discretion leave some extra food and
supplies for the host.
* All meals are different so the types of condiments and accessory items will vary with each event. We
make every effort to accommodate the guests and include all condiments in the price.
*Crabs & special seafood items are at market price.
* We do not supply or serve any alcoholic beverages
* If you feel we have done an excellent job gratuities are gladly accepted.

* Off premises functions up to 300 persons ~ Servers will be provided
* 48 hour notice required on party trays & platters.
* 2 weeks notice required on all major functions.
* Sales tax is included in price quotes where required.
* Gratuity for servers is not included in price quotes.
* Special order items (even if unopened) can not be returned.
* Prices are based on cash or check. There is a 3.5% charge for credit cards.
* We can put together almost anything to suit your needs.
